The IBA released its ‘Young Lawyers’ Report’ in January 2022 following its global survey of 3000 young lawyers. This reveals that a significant number of young lawyers are thinking of leaving their current jobs, with 1 in 5 young lawyers also thinking of leaving the profession entirely.
